Shape Palliative Care. Do you want to be more than just part of an existing team, but build something new from the very beginning? Then this position offers you the opportunity to actively help shape the development of our Palliative Care team and to professionally define specialized outpatient Palliative Care within our organization. Together with our nursing expert, the needs assessment team, the management, and our network partners, you will develop a new offering for people with complex palliative needs. You will contribute your professional expertise to the development of structures, processes, and quality standards, thereby making a significant contribution to holistic, dignified, and reliable care at home. Your tasks • You will actively help shape the development of our Palliative Care team from the very beginning. • Together with the nursing expert and the management, you will develop structures, processes, and professional standards for specialized outpatient Palliative Care. • You will accompany clients with complex palliative needs as well as their relatives in their homes. • You will assume professional responsibility for demanding palliative care situations and coordinate the care process. • You will work closely with the needs assessment team, general practitioners, specialized Palliative Care services, hospitals, hospices, therapists, and other network partners. • You will contribute your expertise to the organization, support knowledge building, and accompany employees with palliative questions. • You will ensure professional nursing documentation as well as high nursing and care quality. What you bring with you • Diploma as Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland • Several years of professional experience as a qualified nurse • Completed further training in Palliative Care at CAS level or higher • Sound experience in accompanying people with complex palliative needs • Joy in taking on responsibility and actively helping to shape a new offering • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • High professional, social, and advisory competence • Resilience, empathy, and confident handling of demanding situations • Joy in interprofessional cooperation • Driver's license category B What you can look forward to: Key position with responsibility You will help shape the development of the new Palliative Care offering professionally and organizationally from the start.
