September 2026 or by arrangement a Tasks Resource- and person-centered care and support of experienced people with mental illnesses Stabilization and maintenance of independence and quality of life in the home setting Crisis intervention and support in challenging situations Independent case management and treatment planning Collaboration with the interprofessional team of the Klinik für Alterspsychiatrie Consultation and networking with relatives, authorities, as well as referrers Profile Degree as dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH Experience in geriatric psychiatry/Spitex an advantage Joy and interest in dealing with older people and their individual life situations Empathy, patience and an appreciative attitude towards experienced people Confident appearance even with cognitive changes and/or impairments Independent, responsible way of working Driver's license Cat.
