Cook (m/f)

For our lively Restaurant & Pizzeria Tell in the middle of Altdorf, we are looking for an upbeat, hardworking, resilient Cook (m/f) with power! per immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks and area of responsibility: You perform the mise en place work and prepare cold and warm dishes from our menu professionally, independently and in constantly high quality. Compliance with hygiene regulations as well as quality and safety standards is a matter of course for you. Assistance with ordering, delivery controls, and economical goods management are also part of your area of work. Our requirement profile: You have a successfully completed apprenticeship as a cook and practice your profession with much joy, sense of responsibility and professionalism. You can demonstrate experience at all stations in the à la carte kitchen. You are flexible and enjoy working independently in a small team and you are used to rolling up your sleeves. You maintain an overview and your endurance, as well as a prompt and exact way of working, even in hectic situations. Maintaining lists & reports as well as writing the daily menu according to specifications is no problem for you. You demonstrate good German skills, other languages are an advantage.
