In order to strengthen its management team, it is looking for a Finance Manager responsible for steering financial activities and supporting strategic decisions. Your tasks at your new employer • You steer all financial activities of the site by guaranteeing the quality of closings, the reliability of financial statements, as well as the performance monitoring necessary for strategic decisions • You develop operational and strategic controlling by coordinating budgets, financial forecasts, cost accounting, and performance indicators in order to sustainably support the company's objectives • You supervise treasury, investments, tax obligations, as well as internal audits while identifying areas for improvement to strengthen financial performance and compliance • You manage several specialized teams and promote the optimization of processes, tools, and working methods in order to improve efficiency and support the development of activities • You collaborate closely with general management by providing relevant financial analyses, anticipating future issues, and actively contributing to the decisions of the management committee You offer your new employer • You hold a higher degree in finance, accounting, or management control and wish to put your skills at the service of a demanding and stimulating industrial environment • You have proven experience in financial management, ideally acquired within an industrial company, and knowledge of German accounting standards represents a real asset • You communicate with ease in French, German, and English in order to exchange effectively with varied interlocutors in an international context • You master SAP modules as well as the main financial management, reporting, and data analysis tools used in complex environments • You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, you easily take initiative, you enjoy teamwork and you approach challenges with anticipation, pragmatism, and dynamism Have we piqued your interest?
