They and we are looking for you! As Co-Team Lead of the Wohngemeinschaft Sonne (80 - 100%) Together with your co-team lead partner and all employees, you are there for us. Our residential unit is divided; on one side we have the focus on dementia and on the other side, the focus on "special care needs". But we all have one thing in common - we need a lot of patience!  On the residential unit, you are responsible for the personnel, organizational, and financial management together with your co-team lead partner. Together you are responsible for the agogic and nursing-medical topics. You enjoy leading employees and you have already shown that you can do this well. You are used to working in a team. You work in the accompaniment and care of us residents. . You have already gained experience in the care of people with physical and cognitive impairments and have training as a Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge or as a Fachperson Betreuung or over a similar training in the social field. You also enjoy administrative activities and like to work interdisciplinary. By the way, in the Wagerenhof we live together with around 240 people with multiple mental and physical impairments. It is the loving, permanent Dihei for us. Around 650 employees do everything they can to ensure that we can enjoy our lives here.
