Quality Technician

As part of the strengthening of its teams and in order to meet a long-term need, we are currently looking for a: Quality Technician Your tasks: Identify and analyze internal non-conformities Propose and implement curative, corrective and preventive actions in terms of processes, processes and control Participate in the new product industrialization process Implementation, support, and monitoring of quality processes Organization of awareness and training actions for personnel related to respect for the quality approach Preparation of the writing of quality manuals and procedures Implementation and monitoring of the necessary documentation within the framework of continuous improvements and/or internal non-conformities Daily analysis of indicators in its perimeter • Pilot of improvement projects Your profile: Technician ES diploma and/or Engineer (or equivalent) Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function Knowledge of watch product manufacturing methods, experience in the high-end dial sector being an asset Mastery of quality tools, statistical analysis and problem solving Ability to pilot a project Knowledge of German is a plus Ability to master interpersonal relationships and communicate effectively while showing diplomacy Ability to focus on results while being action-oriented, managing complexity Why join Sigma?
