Tasks You are responsible for ensuring qualified nursing services according to contemporary nursing and treatment approaches and efficiently delegating tasks to employees with different levels of competence. You undertake nursing and medical-technical tasks, especially in demanding nursing situations. You provide support to residents and their relatives during phases of illness and in challenging moments. You are significantly involved in shaping the department goals to ensure and promote quality and interdisciplinary cooperation. Night shifts are also possible upon request.
