Production Team Leader Vulcanizing CNC Machining (m/f/d) For our Vulcanizing area, we are looking for a dedicated Team Leader Vulcanizing CNC Machining (m/f/d). Your main tasks • Technical and personnel leadership of the production team in 1–3 shift operation • Ensuring an efficient, high-quality production process in the area of CNC milling and turning • Planning and controlling of capacities, deadlines and production orders • Support with CNC programming as well as construction of clamping devices • Ensuring quality, safety and process standards • Promotion and further development of employees and team culture • Introduction of new technologies, processes and automation solutions • Initiating and accompanying continuous improvement processes (CIP/5S) Analysis and solution of quality, material and plant problems Your profile • Completed training as Polymechaniker EFZ • Subject-specific and/or leadership-related further education (Meister, HF/FH an advantage) • Several years of production and leadership experience in mechanical manufacturing • Very good knowledge in CNC and CAM programming • Experience in production planning, Lean Management and Change Management • Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics D365) • High social competence and assertiveness • Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving competence Very good German skills, English an advantage What you bring personally You are a motivating, responsible personality with technical understanding and natural leadership competence.
