In the VorOrt 3 area, around 22 employees accompany, care for and nurse about 32 residents. The interprofessional team supports the residents according to their needs and strengthens their participation and self-efficacy. This is your task You support the management person in the leadership and further development of a team that accompanies the residents in two residential groups. In their absence, you take over their tasks. You complement the team as a specialist in the individual nursing and care of the residents as well as in dealing with challenging situations.
