Qualified Joiner (CFC or experience)

Link: https://aptia.ch/offres/16-menuisier-ere-qualifie-e-cfc-ou-experience-missions-temporai.html YOUR MISSION : Within a team of joiners and laborers led by a site manager, you will participate in installation and finishing work on wooden structures: facades, terraces, outdoor developments, joinery elements. Depending on your profile and wishes, missions in a workshop or on other construction sites may follow. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES : • Prepare the workstation and supports, take measurements and mark out. • Cut, adjust and assemble wooden elements on site. • Install and fix structures (cladding, sub-structures, slats, battens, joinery) according to execution plans. • Take care of finishes and joints: angles, frames, shelves. • Work at height on scaffolding in compliance with safety instructions. • Check alignments, plumb lines and joints. • Maintain power tools and keep the workstation clean. PRACTICAL CONDITIONS : • First mission from Wednesday 26 August 2026, approximately one month, possible extension depending on progress. • Site hours during the day, from Monday to Friday, at 100 %. • Construction site in the Lausanne region, access by vehicle recommended. • Personal protective equipment required: helmet, safety shoes, gloves, glasses. SEARCHED PROFILE • CFC in joinery, carpentry, cabinetmaking or a title deemed equivalent, or three years of confirmed experience in installation, wood construction or facades. • Available quickly, ideally from 26 August 2026. • Full personal protective equipment, valid work permit, residence in the canton of Vaud. • Reading of execution plans and mastery of power tools. • Comfortable working at height. • Sufficient French for safety instructions and communication with the site manager. • Driver's license an asset.
