Your tasks • You lead your 10-member team professionally, personally and organizationally, promote the further development of your employees and thus create a constructive environment. • As a central contact person, you ensure clear communication and a reliable flow of information - within your team as well as towards the Bereichsleiter Beschäftigung, Sicherheit & Prävention. • You are close to the action: several times a week you accompany patrols and in crisis situations you lead calmly, clearly and in a solution-oriented manner, assume operative responsibility and initiate the necessary steps according to our standards. • You work closely and constructively with internal positions such as Zentrumsleitungen and employees in the area of Wohnbegleitung. • You actively help to shape the area of Security and Prevention by ensuring quality standards and continuously developing processes and measures. Your profile • You have completed vocational training, supplemented by further training in the field of security and leadership as well as several years of sound experience in the security industry and in leadership. • With your structured way of working, your organizational talent and your IT affinity, you ensure forward-looking planning in the team. • Even when things get intense, you remain calm, make clear decisions and act in a de-escalating manner. • You move confidently in intercultural environments and convince with empathy as well as service orientation; very good German skills are required, other languages are a plus. • With a driving license Cat.
