Vocational Trainer Nursing 70\-100% by agreement, permanent Your tasks You accompany and promote apprentices (FaGe) as well as nursing students HF/FH on their way to becoming nursing specialists. You actively shape the learning process – from planning and accompaniment to evaluation – and thus contribute to a practical and successful education. With commitment, you lead educational zones and participate as an expert in educational completions. As a competent contact person, you advise nursing specialists on educational matters and support new employees in accompanying apprentices and students. Together with the ward management and technical experts, you contribute to the organization and further development of the department and actively help shape the future of training. Your profile You have completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF/FH and ideally bring at least two years of professional experience. You have already completed pedagogical further training (SVEB I) or you are motivated to acquire it. Experience in accompanying apprentices and students, for example as a daily accompaniment person, is an advantage. You convince through your professional competence, your teamwork skills and your strong communication skills. In dealing with apprentices and students, you act appreciatively, promotingly and as an authentic role model.
