In view of a retirement, we are looking for a: Technical Buyer (M/F) at 100% Your main tasks: Create and follow up on purchase orders; Establish and follow up on Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Quotation (RFQ) with suppliers; Ensure deadline monitoring and follow-ups; Negotiate prices, deadlines, and supplier conditions; Manage subcontracting operations and all logistical aspects, including transport; Follow up on supplier claims and ensure follow-up of corrective actions with the SQA Manager; Handle supplier billing discrepancies and credit notes; Participate in the selection of new suppliers; Exchange with suppliers on technical aspects Your profile: CFC as a commercial employee completed by a technical diploma or technical CFC completed by a purchasing assistant certificate (Minimum 3 years of experience in technical purchasing or industrial procurement; Good knowledge of electronic components; technical knowledge is an asset; Knowledge of the requirements of an ISO 9001 quality management system; Good mastery of Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Outlook); Experience in using an ERP; knowledge of Proalpha is an asset; Languages: Very good mastery of French and English; basic knowledge of German; Proactive personality, open to change and motivated to evolve in a dynamic technical environment; Good interpersonal skills, team spirit and ability to collaborate in a versatile manner with a good sense of analysis and priorities We offer you: A hybrid work model with great flexibility; A corporate culture based on trust, integrity, competence and personal responsibility; Support in professional development; A multicultural and international work environment as well as a collegial team; The development of innovative products that allow for the efficient use of energy resources.
