Team Leader Assembly

Tasks: Leadership and development of approx. 20 employees in the production area Planning, coordination and efficient resource utilization Ensuring quality, deadlines and cost targets Participation in investment, improvement and CIP projects Processing and implementation of Q-Alerts Operational support during bottlenecks Organization of maintenance and servicing Leading shop floor and team meetings Profile: Basic mechanical training (e.g. Polymechaniker EFZ, Automatiker EFZ or similar) Several years of leadership experience in industry Strong technical understanding and ability to read drawings SAP knowledge is an advantage Communicative, resilient and solution-oriented Very good German skills, English is an advantage We offer: Leadership position in a modern industrial company 40h week with flexible working models Good social benefits and fair employment conditions Further education and development opportunities Modern infrastructure and stable employment Employee events and discounts
