As a Laufpolier, you are the heart of our projects. With your technical know-how and your passion for the construction trade, you ensure smooth processes and the highest quality: Technical Management: You take responsibility for the technical implementation of our construction projects in new construction and renovation. In doing so, you guarantee compliance with all specifications of the project management, standards, and SIA guidelines. Efficiency Expert: With your eye for the essentials, you optimize construction processes, plan resources (personnel, material, machines) efficiently, and find economical solutions. Digital Pioneer: You use modern surveying instruments and digital tools confidently, create daily and extra work reports independently, and take care of the measurements of your construction sites. Leadership Personality: You are a coach for your team, make clear decisions, promote the further development of your employees, and strengthen the team spirit. Communication Professional: You are the interface between planners, architects, and clients, represent the interests of the company with conviction, and bring the necessary diplomacy. Your Profile: Technical Competence: You are a certified Polier (FH/TS) and bring several years of practical experience on Swiss construction sites. Experience: You have sound knowledge in new construction and renovation. Personality: You are a real doer with an entrepreneurial mindset, who also maintains an overview in stressful situations and convinces with humor. Ideally, you are between 35 and 50 years old.
