Your tasks at various locations in the Thun region, in the environment of the Swiss Army, include among others: Working at registration points: Ensuring efficient administrative processes Maintenance and administration of person access and authorization data Support of the systems Kaba Exos and AWB Issuance and administration of certificates in the VBS area Processing of access requests and authorizations Contact with internal and external stakeholders via telephone and e-mail Access control area: Reception and registration of visitors as well as administration of access authorizations Control of barriers, gates, and airlocks via security and communication systems Classic concierge and reception services in various federal concierges in the Bern area possible A very detailed induction into the new area of responsibility as well as a great, motivated team await you!
