Tasks • Independent processing and management of demanding projects at the interfaces of urban design, architecture and spatial planning • Management and accompaniment of urban area developments, test planning and feasibility studies • Creation of planning and urban design analyses, strategies, studies and concepts taking into account the applicable framework conditions • Advising private and public clients on area developments • Active participation in interdisciplinary teams as well as coordination with authorities, specialist planners and clients Profile • University or university of applied sciences degree in architecture or urban planning, combined with practical experience and/or postgraduate studies • Solid specialist knowledge in spatial planning and urban design as well as experience with spatial planning instruments and procedures • Analytical and strategic mindset as well as a structured and precise way of working • Creative and conceptually strong personality with a sense of design • Initiative, commitment and joy in working in a team • German native language, French language skills an advantage • Excellent knowledge of Archicad (possibly Revit, 3D/BIM, Rhino) • At least 5 years of Swiss professional experience in the field of architecture and urban design Applications by email please with reference T56ML9 in the subject.
