Head of Fundraising & Institutional Communication at 60% on a fixed-term contract The Les Castors Foundation works towards optimal inclusion in society for people with disabilities. Our mission is to support these individuals with an adapted individual educational project, in an empowering environment. Thanks to its establishments, more than 280 people are welcomed every day, in their living and/or working place. Today, the Foundation wishes to modernize its processes and improve its institutional communication, which is why it is putting up for competition a new position of: Head of Fundraising & Institutional Communication at 60% on a fixed-term contract Your missions In partnership with the extended management, create and develop the strategic axes of fundraising and institutional communication; Actively participate in the strategic development of the Foundation; Fundraising Identify public, private, and institutional funding opportunities; Develop a network of donors, companies, and partner foundations; Design presentation and fundraising files; Increase the share of self-financing of investments; Communication Highlight our audience and our projects, support the development of the inclusion principle and institutional achievements; Deploy consistent and meaningful communication; Participate in the organization of events and awareness-raising actions; Your profile & skills You hold a higher education degree in communication and/or marketing, a CAS in fundraising or an equivalent title; You have a few years of professional experience in the field of institutional communication and/or fundraising; You have great writing skills and perfect mastery of new digital communication tools; You develop a great sensitivity to social work in general and the world of disability in particular; We offer you A professional project in evolution, linked to a general mission that gives meaning to daily activity as well as the possibility of playing an active role in the development of the institution and its establishments; Flexible and advantageous working conditions defined according to the current CCT; A start date in autumn 2026, with Porrentruy as the main place of work and possibilities for teleworking. jpidca0efa6jm jpit0727jm jpiy26jm
