A meaningful task with a large scope of action and high diversity. The Spitex association Sursee and surroundings is one of the larger organizations in the canton of Luzern. The catchment area includes around 27‘000 inhabitants and with six municipalities, there is a performance agreement. The lively operation with 75 employees offers people professional care at home as well as broad support in everyday life. The association is in good shape, both organizationally and financially. Now we are commissioned to address you for the responsible position as Spitex Manager. The GL team includes the Head of Central Services and the Head of Core Services. You will be present at board meetings and prepare the decision-making bases. In addition to operational management, you will take on project management, e.g. when it comes to expanding and further developing services, digitization topics or cooperation with other partners in the healthcare sector. Tasks in public relations and quality assurance round out your diverse portfolio. You are a leadership personality with higher education (HF/FH/Uni) in the healthcare sector, social sector or business administration. Further training in leadership and/or corporate management is expected. Knowledge of the healthcare system is a prerequisite, ideally also of the Spitex landscape and outpatient care. Project-oriented work with the goal of addressing new topics in the healthcare sector characterizes you. Important to us is your empathy as well as your appreciative leadership style.
