This is what the daily professional routine looks like: • Execution of professional, patient-centered, interdisciplinary, and evidence-based nursing and care of our patients as well as their relatives • Co-responsibility in ensuring nursing quality, validation, and further development of QM • Advice and coaching of employees in complex nursing situations or nursing specialist questions, as well as guidance and support of new employees and trainees • Introduction, training, and evaluation of nursing guidelines, operating instructions, and concepts in the nursing home in daily nursing practice and training • Participation in the implementation of innovations and changes in nursing and in interprofessional cooperation • Member of the management board of the nursing home You bring with you: • Dipl.
