Your profile:
You come from the luxury hospitality sector, preferably as a minimum F&B assistant or in Human Resources.
Organized, disciplined, enthusiastic, rigorous, easy to contact, autonomous
Team spirit
Excellent knowledge of IT tools
You are comfortable with numbers
Knowledge of the Romand economic fabric
Easy to contact
Very good management of stress and priorities
Know how to manage and keep a schedule up to date (200 to 400 employees)
Your mission:
Selection, interview and recruitment of candidates
Management of telephone calls, making appointments (candidates and clients)
Planning of candidate activity according to the needs of our clients
Commercial prospecting
Management of weekend shifts (on-call phone)
Schedule management
