YOUR TASKS • Independent management and organization of a station • Compliance with and implementation of our hygiene guidelines and quality standards • Leading employees as well as supporting the training of our apprentices • Assistance in the design and development of new dishes and recipes • Ordering of fresh goods • Irregular working hours as well as evening and weekend shifts are part of this activity. <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed vocational training as a cook (EFZ or equivalent) • Experience as a Chef de Partie in high-end gastronomy • Interest and motivation in the training of apprentices • Good German language skills <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zurich, a well-coordinated team working inter- and multiprofessionally awaits you.
