Social Worker BSc The Case Management team consists of case managers and social workers. It accompanies inpatient and outpatient patients and their relatives in demanding social and psychosocial issues. This includes topics such as adult protection, social insurance, financial and social issues, as well as the organization of customized outpatient or inpatient follow-up solutions.
