You accompany the introduction of the software step by step – from evaluation to go-live and individual documentation. You support customers in mastering their daily problems whenever a professional is needed. You conduct workshops and training sessions and make our customers fit for the daily use of the DoubleCount software. YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS: You are interested in acquiring any missing knowledge in payroll accounting. You are very proficient in German and English, both verbally and non-verbally. A commercial or technical basic education is a good foundation – supplemented with experience in the fiduciary sector or in HR, it is a promising combination. It goes without saying that you bring experience with accounting and/or payroll accounting software. Your analytical, solution-oriented, and independent way of working helps you in daily cooperation with customers.
