Pflegefachfrau/-mann as Fachverantwortliche/r Pflege 80-100% # General-, Visceral Surgery Workplace St. Gallen Your tasks and perspectives ## • Holistic care and nursing of patients in the clinics for surgery (general-, visceral-, endocrine-, transplantation-, vascular surgery and thoracic surgery on ward 03.06 • Responsibility for the implementation of competent care and nursing, taking into account modern nursing and treatment concepts as well as nursing standards • Support for nursing professionals in challenging nursing situations and in the implementation of overarching concepts and standards on the ward • Active participation in the cooperation in the MBF triangle (Management - Education - Professional Development) • Sharing of specialist knowledge and experience as well as authority to give instructions in nursing matters within the area of responsibility • Responsible for quality work on the ward and participation in the Quality Group Surgery with monthly meetings What you bring to this position ## • Training as a Dipl.
