As a building technician, you monitor the perfect condition of electrical or CVCSE systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, electricity) - guaranteeing comfort, safety, and efficiency at all times. Your tasks: Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations (Ventilation Monoblocs, boilers, PAC, sanitary and other HVAC installations) during team hours (2x8) Maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustment of technical installations Management of subcontracted work Respect for safety, hygiene, and environmental rules in all work Intervention in a protected environment, temperature, humidity, and pressure adjustment Updating of operating files, intervention reports, operating reports Participation in improvement projects Your profile: Training in building maintenance (thermal or climate engineering) or equivalent training Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an industrial environment Mastery of French, English a plus Very good experience in the administrative and technical management of small construction sites Very good use of common computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Highly developed customer service sense Good resistance to stress and flexibility Ready for us?
