Job Description
On behalf of our client, a private bank in the Geneva area, we are looking for a Securities Reconciliation Specialist to strengthen its teams.
This position is to be filled as part of a temporary contract for a duration of one year, full-time.
Main Missions
Reconciliation of custodians for all entities
Manual entry of custodian statements not automatically reconciled, particularly for Hedge Funds
Analysis of discrepancies and monthly investigations
Establishment and monitoring of the list of outstanding items related to securities/funds
Processing and monitoring of ongoing files
Follow-up and recovery of missing statements from custodians
We are looking for a profile meeting the following criteria
Minimum 2 years of confirmed experience in Securities / Funds reconciliation
Good general knowledge of Back-Office activities
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Great attention to detail, rigor, precision and proactivity
Knowledge of GTMatch, GTExchange and Globus tools (an asset)
Good command of the MS Office suite
Solution-oriented, pragmatic mindset
Ability to work in a team and comfort in an open space environment
Stress resistance
Flexibility, adaptability and sense of priorities
