Start date: Immediately or by arrangement Work location: Where technology meets education: As Head of Technical Services, you create the conditions so that children, young people, and employees feel safe and comfortable in our buildings. You are responsible for the operation, value preservation, and further development of our infrastructure - from historic buildings to modern technical systems. The position is currently limited to 2 years with the option of extension. Your tasks • Ensure trouble-free, safe, and economical operation of buildings, facilities, and the outdoor swimming pool • Lead, promote, and further develop 6 employees • Plan, control, and accompany maintenance, upkeep, and renovation measures • Supervise repair work, take over construction management during conversions • Responsible for the function of Safety Officer • Take on periodic weekend shifts Your profile • Completed vocational training EFZ in a technical or manual field • Further education with federal professional certificate (e.g., Hauswart/in FA, Instandhaltungsfachmann/-frau) • Several years of experience in operation and maintenance • Leadership experience as well as experience in the coordination of interdisciplinary teams • Solution-oriented personality with clear, appreciative communication We offer you You will find a meaningful task with a lot of personal responsibility in a lively working environment.
