CNC Grinder (m/f/d)

What you can achieve: As a member of the Hot Gas Parts department at the GE Vernova production site in Birr, you will actively contribute to producing hot gas blades as a CNC grinder in a 4-shift operation and demonstrate your initiative. Your tasks: • Set up and operate a fully automatic grinding cell for the mechanical processing of hot gas turbine blades • Inbound and outbound storage, setup and pre-setting of consumables and grinding tools • Deburring components according to required specifications • Perform independent quality controls using measurement data analysis and visual inspection, and confirm quality inspection by feeding back in the SAP system • Perform maintenance work and remedy minor malfunctions on the systems and peripheral devices • Document production key figures • Support new developments, process improvements and plant optimization What you should bring (basic qualifications): • Completed technical vocational training or comparable qualification • Experience in industrial manufacturing • Experience in reading technical drawings and documents • Good PC skills • Good German skills in speaking and writing What distinguishes you?: • Independent, quality-conscious and exact way of working • Teamwork skills and helpfulness • High motivation and quick comprehension • Readiness for additional assignments • Readiness to work in a 4-shift operation What we offer you: Employees at GE Vernova take on the challenge of contributing to the creation of a world that is doing well.
