Job description ###### Tasks: Care and support - Supporting the qualified nursing staff. Participation includes activities regarding the following activities of daily living. - Personal care and supporting the residents in the activities of daily living - Entering completed work into the nursing documentation - Accompanying the residents to various activities - Carrying out daily household tasks Communication and other tasks: - Ensuring a pleasant working atmosphere - Participation in the daily reports - Independent retrieval and forwarding of company-relevant information - Adhering to the planned work processes, rearranging sensibly if necessary - Immediately forwarding observed changes, problems or messages from residents to the supervisor - Compliance with and implementation of hygiene and safety - Participating in administration, logistics and cooperation ATTENTION: Due to a construction site, the journey may take a little longer.
