Your tasks Reception and professional support of our customers for service and repair orders Advising customers as well as scheduling workshop work Creating and invoicing workshop orders Receiving and returning customer vehicles as well as replacement vehicles Ensuring high customer satisfaction through solution-oriented communication Your profile Completed training in the automotive environment (e.g. automotive specialist / mechatronics engineer or commercial with technical reference) Experience in the customer service area or in a comparable function is an advantage Independent, structured and efficient way of working Distinct customer and service orientation with secure appearance Very good German language skills in word and writing are required. Good English language skills are also very important.
