Healthcare Specialist EFZ (FaGe) 50-90% | Spitex effective immediately or by arrangement As a healthcare specialist, you will take on a versatile and responsible task in the outpatient sector. You accompany our clients in their familiar environment and make an important contribution to their quality of life and independence through your work. Your main tasks include:  Care and support of our clients in their home environment Support with basic and treatment care according to the care plan Observation and forwarding of relevant changes to the case-leading nursing specialists Electronic documentation of the services provided Co-shaping a professional, appreciative, and client-oriented care Interdisciplinary cooperation with relatives, doctors as well as internal and external specialists What you bring with you:  Completed training as FaGe EFZ or FaBe EFZ with treatment course Ideally, you already have experience in Spitex  Independent, responsible, and reliable way of working Joy in contact with people as well as strong social competence Flexibility, team spirit, and resilience Confident handling of digital work tools Driving license Kat.
