Relief Worker: Atelier ## Start: From September or by arrangement Location: PTA-Wohnheim, La Neuveville Who we are: ### At PTA-Wohnheim, we accompany adults with intellectual or multiple disabilities. In seven residential groups, we create a home that promotes participation, self-determination, and joy of life. We orient ourselves towards the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and the internal agogic concept. What awaits you: ### As a relief worker, you flexibly support the ateliers during personnel shortages, holiday and sick leave coverages, as well as during increased care needs. You accompany the supervised persons in their daily work and promote their independence, participation, and personal resources. Your field of activity: ### • You accompany people through their everyday life - agogically grounded and with heart • You engage reflectively, humorously, and solution-oriented within the team. • In demanding situations, you react appropriately and professionally. You work where your support is needed, and make an important contribution to a successful and varied atelier daily routine. ### What you bring: ### • Interest and joy in working with people with support needs. • Experience in a social, pedagogical, or caregiving environment is an advantage. • High flexibility and willingness to work in different teams and ateliers. • Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working. • Good observation and communication skills. • Experience in dealing with challenging behavior • German language skills (min.
