• 05 August 2026 • 100% • Temporary • Neuchâtel ASSC m/f/d (Assistant in Community Nursing and Care) - Home Care - Canton of Neuchâtel (60 to 100 %) Location: Canton of Neuchâtel (sector assigned according to your place of residence) Activity rate: 60 to 100 % Start date: As soon as possible Mission duration: Until the end of September For one of our clients, a home care structure active throughout the entire canton of Neuchâtel, we are looking for several Assistants in Community Nursing and Care (ASSC) to strengthen the teams. Responsibilities • Ensure basic care and delegated medico-technical care at the patients' homes. • Accompany beneficiaries in daily life activities while promoting their autonomy. • Observe the health status of patients and transmit relevant information to the multidisciplinary team. • Participate in the development, monitoring, and evaluation of care plans. • Guarantee individualized, high-quality care that respects the patients' needs. • Ensure the traceability of care and respect current protocols. • Collaborate with the different healthcare professionals intervening at the home. Profile • Holder of a CFC as Assistant in Community Nursing and Care (ASSC) or a recognized foreign diploma (or in the process of recognition) allowing the practice of the profession in Switzerland. • Experience in home care is an asset. • Autonomous, organized, flexible, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills. • Ability to work alone while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team. • Good command of French, both spoken and written. • Category B driver's license mandatory. • Personal vehicle indispensable.
