Production Operators

3 positions for the sectors: stamping, varnishing and polishing Your missions : Stamping Aligning needles piece by piece Shaping by stamping machine Varnishing Aligning needles on different supports (studs, wires) Preparation of varnishes Semi-automatic varnishing of needles Removal of needles from the different supports Polishing Aligning needles on different supports (studs) Polishing of parts (block to block) Semi-automatic stripping/washing Preparation of stud gluing Perform one or more production operation(s) Use watchmaking tools (tweezers, microscopes) Verify and control quality in the form of AQL Control operations, detect and report anomalies Fill in production documents as well as the ERP system Clean and maintain tools and machines Respect work instructions and production / quality objectives Ability to work in a team with a collaborative spirit Required skills : Meticulousness, dexterity and precision Excellent visual acuity Autonomous, conscientious and organized Perfect mastery of work with tweezers Ability to work in a team with a collaborative spirit Experience in a similar position in a watchmaking environment (an asset) Join our company where high standards, precision and know-how are at the heart of every achievement.
