Production Worker

As a production worker, you are part of a dedicated manufacturing team responsible for the assembly, testing, and ensuring the high quality of our medical technology products. You participate along the entire production process – from component provision and assembly to final testing and documentation of the systems. A central part of your task is ensuring consistently high product quality, compliance with medical standards, and the continuous improvement of our production processes to guarantee reliable and innovative solutions in rehabilitation. THIS INSPIRES YOU … • Using your manual dexterity and good technical understanding on a daily basis • Implementing the assembly of sub-assemblies and complete systems in consultation with your Team Lead in compliance with process specifications • Carrying out assembly tests of sub-assemblies, individual parts, and final production tests • Setting up and configuring the software controls of the products • Support and training of new employees in consultation with your Team Lead • Creation, approval, and filing of the prescribed evidence documentation according to the process • Creation and maintenance of assembly and testing instructions, test protocols in consultation with your Team Lead • Working with cross-functional teams such as Service, Development, Procurement YOU FIT WITH US IF YOU … • Call efficiency, accuracy, and perseverance your way of working • Possess a high awareness of quality • Are a team player and enjoy working together towards a goal • Keep a cool head despite everything in hectic times • Want to maintain and live our hands-on mentality YOU BRING WITH YOU … • Completed technical vocational training, ideally as Produktionsmechaniker/in EFZ, Automatiker/in EFZ, Polymechaniker/in EFZ, Automechatroniker/in EFZ or comparable • Assembly experience, preferably already in a strictly regulated environment (medical technology) • Good German skills in speaking and writing; English is a plus • Good PC/MS Office skills; ERP skills are an advantage
