Electrical Installer / Plant Electrician (m/f/d) in Mechanical Engineering

For one of our customers in the Basel area, we are looking for an experienced and technically proficient electrical installer / plant electrician (m/f/d) for mechanical and plant engineering. Your main tasks: Electrical wiring and cabling of machines and complex process plants; Responsibility for electrical work on machines, plants, and test benches; Connection and wiring of motors, sensors, actuators, control cabinets, and junction boxes; Troubleshooting, fault rectification, and maintenance work on electrical systems; Carrying out electrical measurements and tests; Creation and documentation of test protocols according to EN 60204-1; Participation in new constructions, conversions, and technical improvements of machines and plants; Close cooperation with assembly, production, and engineering; Management and control of the required electrical materials. Your profile: Completed training as an Electrical Installer EFZ or comparable electrotechnical training; Professional experience in the mechanical, plant, or industrial electrical sector; Very good knowledge in reading and implementing electrical and circuit diagrams; Experience in the independent wiring of machines and plants; Good knowledge of troubleshooting, fault rectification, and electrical maintenance; Experience with electrical measurements and tests, ideally according to EN 60204-1; Manual dexterity, ideally also knowledge in metalworking; Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working; Good German skills in spoken and written; Confident handling of IT systems, ERP knowledge is an advantage.
