In order to strengthen our internal sales team, we are looking for, for an immediate or to be agreed commencement, a working student at 40–50 % (m/f/d) for French-speaking Switzerland. Your tasks Support to the internal sales team in daily activities Preparation and processing of offers, orders, and invoices in the ERP system Participation in order monitoring as well as in the coordination of deliveries and deadlines Telephone and written communication with customers, suppliers, and internal interlocutors Processing of customer inquiries and administrative support to sales advisors Management and updating of customer, article, and order data in the ERP system Participation in the optimization and digitalization of administrative processes Execution of various administrative tasks in order to support and relieve the internal sales team Your profile Ongoing studies (HES, university or ES), ideally in business administration, management engineering, Supply Chain Management or in an equivalent field Residence ideally located in the Geneva or Lausanne region Marked interest in administrative and organizational activities Autonomous, structured, and reliable way of working Excellent sense of service and customer orientation Good mastery of IT tools (Microsoft Office); experience with an ERP system, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, constitutes an asset Analytical mind, ability for rapid assimilation and interest in business processes Committed, communicative personality who enjoys teamwork Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written What we offer We offer you a dynamic environment and the possibility to assume responsibilities within a flourishing company.
