Land Acquisition Manager # Office des travaux publics | 80-100 % | Coire ## The Office des travaux publics is responsible for the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of cantonal roads as well as hydraulic structures and soft mobility in Grisons. We also take care of the operational maintenance of national roads within the cantonal territory. The canton's road infrastructure includes more than 1'450 engineering structures, including suspension bridges up to 90 metres high and tunnels up to 3 kilometres long. The challenges presented by the nature of our mountainous canton in both summer and winter make our work demanding and varied. This is why we are committed to systematic occupational health management (GSE). We are looking for the Department of Services or by agreement for a Land Acquisition Manager. Your area of responsibility • Management and organization of the specialized Land Acquisition sector with two employees • Representation of the Office des travaux publics or the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Mobility during negotiations and public authentications related to land acquisition for the construction of cantonal roads • Drafting of contracts for entries and regularizations in the land register • Requesting judicial conservatory measures • Examination and evaluation of compensation claims • Requesting and organizing expropriations • Responsibility for the measurement and marketing of completed projects as well as for the updating of the parcel register • Support and advice to municipalities and offices in the field of land acquisition What we expect from you • Completed training as a real estate fiduciary with a land register manager certificate or equivalent training • Professional experience in a similar function is an advantage • Persuasiveness, communication and negotiation skills as well as high social competence • Structured, autonomous and precise working method • Analytical and networked thinking ability • Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage We look forward to receiving your application online and to getting to know you.
