How you make an impact You are responsible for the team of 3 employees and coordinate the AHV-day center with around 8-9 day guests. You accompany our day guests in everyday life and take over basic nursing tasks. You design individual and group offers and carry them out. You accompany admissions and discharges as well as trial placements and are in regular exchange with relatives. You maintain the electronic nursing documentation reliably and carefully. In addition, you take over further administrative tasks. You work interdisciplinary with the various areas and promote teamwork. As needed, you accompany interns and enjoy passing on your knowledge. What defines you You have a degree as a registered nurse and possess the further training as well as practical experience as a RAI-supervisor. You already bring professional experience in a day center or a similar offer for people of AHV age. The care and accompaniment of elderly people is a matter close to your heart. You are creative and bring ideas for varied activation offers. You are characterized by an independent and responsible way of working. You have good IT user skills. You are solution-, process-, and result-oriented and bring a mediating and communicative nature to the team.
