• 05 août 2026 • 100% • Durée indéterminée • Rue du lac 142, 1815 Clarens-Montreux Definition of the function and mission As a Doorman / Floor Valet, the employee ensures rigorous maintenance of corridors, service areas, and public spaces under the supervision of the Housekeeping team. They act in direct support of the chambermaids and actively contribute to customer satisfaction through the quality of their service, their reactivity, and their sense of detail. Their role contributes directly to the creation of an irreproachable customer experience. RESPONSIBILITIES Main tasks • Take charge of customer vehicles and ensure their parking • Escort customers to their rooms and manage luggage upon arrival and departure • Participate in the cleaning of rooms and provide support to the chambermaids • Ensure the management of customer linen (collection of dirty linen and distribution of clean linen) • Manage the clearing and replenishment of linen as well as waste disposal • Perform vacuuming and floor scrubbing in circulation areas • Ensure the cleaning of public areas and the maintenance of exteriors (karcher, blower) • Distribute beverage orders and control minibars • Clean the windows of the complex • Respond to specific requests from customers, including VIPs • Collaborate with other departments to anticipate and respond to customer needs General responsibilities • Ensure a quality service in accordance with the standards of the Clinique • Actively contribute to the satisfaction and well-being of customers EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS • Significant experience in a similar position in 4* or 5* hospitality • Proficiency in French and English • Knowledge in the use of the single-disc floor machine • Valid driving license in Switzerland and mastery of road rules • Good physical condition • Excellent presentation • Sense of service and customer orientation • Discretion and interpersonal skills • Additional linguistic knowledge (an asset) SKILLS Technical skills • Cleaning and maintenance techniques • Use of equipment (floor scrubber, single-disc machine, etc.) • Management of linen and logistical flows • Driving and vehicle management Behavioral skills • Sense of service • Reactivity • Organization • Versatility • Discretion • Team spirit
