• 21 August 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Schönenberg an der Thur 2026-08-20 To strengthen our team in Schönenberg TG, we are looking for a structured person with an entrepreneurial spirit, starting immediately or by agreement, as a Carpenter / CNC Operator 80-100% (m/f) Your tasks • Autonomous and efficient processing of orders in the fields of doors, furniture and interior design on our Reichenbacher 5-axis machining center • Optimized programming of special orders via NC-Hops • Continuous development of existing programs, setups and processes • Active participation in new purchases or adaptations of CNC tools and equipment • Care and maintenance of the machine, tools and equipment • Management of the sharpening of the tool fleet • Active collaboration with the production managers and AVOR project managers Your profile • Completed basic training as a carpenter CFC • At least 3 years of experience as a CNC operator and programmer • Autonomous, structured and efficient way of working • Interest in technical developments • Open and curious personality Do you correspond to the description above, are you a convincing person in the role of operator and do you find fulfillment in processing the most diverse orders within a small team?
