Polymechanic with focus on maintenance and vocational training

Activity + You are responsible for the maintenance and overhaul of our production machines as well as the buildings and infrastructures. + You manufacture spare parts and assemblies independently. + You carry out systematic fault searches and resolve technical problems on production machines. + You optimize wear parts and machines to continuously improve their reliability and performance. + You implement technical improvements on machines and systems. + You monitor and operate our process control systems. + As a vocational trainer, you accompany and supervise our aspiring production and polymechanics EFZ. • Requirements + Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, or a comparable technical training. + Good practical knowledge in the manufacturing techniques drilling, turning, and CNC milling. + Professional experience in maintenance and facility management is an advantage. + High level of independence and self-motivation as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working. + Strong networked thinking and technical understanding. + Good German skills in speaking and writing; technical English understanding is an advantage. + Readiness for limited shift work as well as on-call duties. + Good user knowledge in common IT programs. + Completed vocational trainer course. • Offer Look forward to a challenging activity and benefit from a pleasant and modern workplace as well as contemporary employment conditions.
