Your Tasks As a business unit within the TOLEDO Group, Process Analytics MTPRO is a leading provider of field instruments for the analysis of liquids and gases in the process industry. At our headquarters in Urdorf, we develop and produce high-quality sensors for the control of production processes, which we distribute worldwide through our own sales and service organizations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality as: Manufacturing Integration Specialist 100% (all genders) In this role, you are part of our vision of a more automated and digitized production. You will work as a member of the Industrial Engineering team within the Division Operations. In close cooperation with colleagues from automation, production, quality, supply chain management, and process technology, you will design and drive the further development of production system integration, data management, and digital workflow optimization. Furthermore, you will support the standardization and continuous improvement of digital processes at the Urdorf location. Your Responsibilities: Preparing and maintaining production and master data for MES, SAP, and system integrations. Reviewing, mapping, and validating manufacturing processes and value streams to support correct integration design. Capturing and documenting functional and technical requirements for MES/SAP interfaces and associated applications. Configuring MES integration data and ensuring compliance with SAP master data and production processes. Performing integration and User Acceptance Tests (UAT) as well as supporting release preparation and stabilization after the Go Live. Analyzing and resolving integration and data problems as well as providing support during hypercare phases. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (IE, SCM, QA, PE, Production) to optimize digital workflows and simplify processes. Your Profile What you bring: Completed basic technical training (EFZ) in automation, production technology, or similar; or Technician HF / Bachelor FH in industrial engineering, automation, or computer science. At least 3 years of practical professional experience combined with strong IT affinity (MES/SAP). Strong hands-on mentality and experience in a production or shopfloor environment. Very good understanding of manufacturing processes, value streams, and Lean methods. Experience in the integration of production systems (MES, SAP, or comparable). Sound knowledge of data integration, data flows, and data quality. Very good Excel and SAP knowledge as well as routine in data analysis. Cooperative, team-oriented, and proactive personality with strong problem-solving skills. Fluent German as well as very good English skills in speaking and writing.
