• Planning and coordination of daily moving orders
• Dispatching of employees and vehicles
• Leadership and organization of the moving teams
• Ensuring a smooth daily routine
• Contact person for customers and employees
• Monitoring of appointments and work processes
• Active participation in moves – you will pitch in yourself if required
• Responsibility for a professional and customer-oriented process

Your profile

• Experience in dispatching, ideally in the moving, transport, or logistics industry
• Experience in team leadership and employee management
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Driver's license Cat. B mandatory, Cat. BE an advantage
• Physically fit, robust and resilient
• Organizational talent and independent way of working
• Assertive and reliable personality
• Willingness to also work operationally
• Flexibility and enjoyment of a varied daily work routine
