Appreciation, mindfulness, and enthusiasm characterize our work.   We accompany adults with cognitive and/or mental impairments in everyday life - with heart as well as participation-oriented, agogic, and medical professional competence.   As of 1 November 2026, we are looking for the residential area for a Nursing Specialist Your tasks • You accompany our residents holistically and individually through their everyday life - with a focus on their bio-psychosocial and medical needs. • With your professional competence, you take on all necessary nursing tasks. • You work closely with your team and contribute to an appreciative, constructive culture. Your profile • Completed training as a nursing specialist, Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ, or an equivalent qualification. • Experience in nursing and ideally also in accompanying people with support needs. • You are committed, empathetic, humorous, and communicative. • You enjoy teamwork and interdisciplinary cooperation. • You are digitally fit and modern.
