Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII as RAI-NH Responsible 70-100% Your tasks You bear responsibility, among other things, for ensuring the correct implementation of the RAI system according to legal and contractual foundations You monitor the RAI-LTCF-supported nursing process in our institution and check it by sampling You coach and instruct all persons involved in the nursing process with the RAI-LTCF in a target-group-oriented manner You carry out internal RAI-relevant training You control the correctness and traceability of the MDS codings relevant to nursing care groups on the basis of the nursing documentation You participate decisively in quality management during the interpretation of the RAI quality indicators Your profile Completed training at tertiary level (HF or FH) Several years of professional experience in long-term care Completion of the RAI LTCF expert course is an advantage (min. supervisor training) Profound knowledge in RAI-LTCF and interest in actively developing this area at Tertianum Lindenhof Understanding of nursing financing and service billing Very good IT user skills (MS-Office, RAI-Soft and CareCoach are an advantage) Enthusiasm for coaching, instructing and accompanying employees Efficient, solution- and process-oriented way of working An open, appreciative attitude and joy in working in an interdisciplinary team Why Tertianum?
