Your profile • You bring a diploma in HF or FH nursing or in social pedagogy, which underscores your sound specialist knowledge. • You are well acquainted with your experience in dealing with adolescents and their families in a milieu-therapeutic environment. • You are a team player through and through and shine through your cooperative way of working. • Thanks to your flexibility, you always maintain an overview and keep a cool head even in challenging situations. • Your willingness to take on responsibility makes you a valuable pillar in our team. Your salary ## Your gross salary for a 100% workload is expected to be between 77'000 and 97'000 Franken per year. The exact level of salary depends on your education and professional experience. During the selection process, we will determine your salary based on our salary guidelines.
