These are your tasks Prepare lounge area according to specification before opening You offer lounge customers an efficient and friendly service that ensures all needs are recognized and met You actively build relationships and interaction with customers Responsible, careful handling of food, beverages and work equipment Responsible for the cleanliness of the assigned station Refilling and cleaning the service station according to the cleaning plan, leaving the service station clean for the following day General cleaning work Daily exchange/feedback with supervisor The Premium Lounge has a 7-day week What we expect from you Several years of experience as a service employee required Lounge experience and airport experience desirable Communicative and open personality with enjoyment in guest contact Quick comprehension, independent, team-oriented, flexible and highly motivated Good German skills in speaking and writing and sufficient English skills In this position you have a lot of scope for maneuver and personal responsibility and work in an exciting and dynamic environment.
