80 - 100 % Bülach immediately or by arrangement permanent Spital Bülach is growing - grow with us. ### Participate • Participate in the strategic further development of corporate management through data-based decision-making bases as well as the continuous optimization of processes, quality, and profitability. • Analysis of CMI, revenues, case costs, contribution margins, and lengths of stay. • Conducting benchmark analyses • Support in the budget process as well as conducting grouper simulations • Monitoring of regulatory requirements (SPLG, minimum case numbers, ambulatory before inpatient) • Support for the clinics in the implementation of new tariff and regulatory requirements • Interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical staff, nursing, controlling, and coding • Collaboration on data deliveries and ensuring high data quality • Participation in the further development of digital solutions and the use of artificial intelligence in medical controlling Requirements • Several years of professional experience in medical controlling as well as sound knowledge of the Swiss tariff system (SwissDRG and ambulatory tariffs) • University degree in medicine, health economics, or business administration as well as ideally further training in medical controlling • Analytical and networked way of thinking as well as enjoyment in continuously developing processes, key figures, and digital solutions • Strong communication and advisory competence as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation with clinics, nursing, finance, and other specialist departments • Initiative, sense of responsibility, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working • High identification with a values- and strengths-oriented corporate culture as well as the willingness to actively support the leadership principles and corporate values of Spital Bülach • Openness towards changes, innovations, and digitalization as well as enjoyment in actively helping to shape the further development of the hospital Plus points Roger Wüthrich Leiter Planung, Steuerung und Reporting Spital Bülach ensures the medical care of 180'000 people in the Zürcher Unterland and adjacent regions with its 170 beds and around 1'200 employees.
